Who we are

Naaz AI Labs is an artificial intelligence research and development studio based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@naazailabs.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, and optionally your company, email address, phone number, industry, tier of interest, and the message you write. The form also carries a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never fill in.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. No cookies are set. The only thing stored in your browser is a single flag that remembers you have already seen the intro animation this session — it never leaves your device.

How we use it

Enquiry-form submissions are emailed to our team so a person can read and reply. We use the details only to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to scope and deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.

Where it lives

Enquiry emails are delivered through a standard SMTP mail provider and stored in our business mailbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. Client project data handled during an engagement is stored in India, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful for the conversation and any resulting engagement, and then removed on request or in routine mailbox housekeeping.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@naazailabs.com and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
