We are engineers who were tired of software that doesn't work.
Who we are
Naaz AI Labs is an artificial intelligence research and development studio based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. We build websites, CRMs, and automation for businesses that have outgrown the tools they started with.
We started because the same thing kept happening: a business would pay for a website, get something that looked acceptable, and discover six months later that it did nothing. No leads captured. No follow-up. No data. A brochure with a contact form.
So we build the other thing. The system underneath — the one that answers at 2am, scores the lead, books the call, and tells you which channel actually earns its budget.
That work turned into a product. Lynq is our AI automation platform — a full AI workforce on WhatsApp, web chat, and phone, live on a client's own number in seven days.
Leadership
Every engagement starts with a conversation with the founder, and the onboarding call on our platform plans is with him too. At our size that is not a perk — it is how we make sure what was promised in the proposal is what actually gets built.
